Annual Bloom & Groom

Unfortunately due to the current pandemic, Capitol Heights and its partners have decided not to hold an annual Bloom & Groom Event this spring.  We are hopeful to partner with Lowes and NIDC (Neighborhood Improvement Development Corp) to bring residents discounted flowers and plants next spring (2021).
