Capitol Heights is one of Milwaukee’s newly organized Healthy Neighborhoods. The neighborhood is distinct in its location, being in the heart of Milwaukee’s northwest side boarded by businesses and schools. Capitol Heights offers beautiful ranch, cape cod, and bungalow styled homes built around the 1940s and 50s. The area consists of well maintained, primarily owner occupied homes. Capitol Heights is within minutes from the Downtown area, Bayshore, and Mayfair Malls.
